Since 2018, when CareStudio first partnered with Boutique Care Homes to build their first home and website, Boutique has grown significantly. What started as one home has expanded to three, with plans to reach six or more in the next few years. As the business evolved, it became clear that their brand identity needed to reflect this growth. They wanted a new brand story and visual identity that could capture their expansion while maintaining the personal, warm care that defines them. It must also be flexible enough to work seamlessly across digital and offline platforms.

The Insight

In speaking with staff, residents, and owners, we discovered a powerful, unspoken theme: every interaction with Boutique, whether walking through the door, engaging with staff, or browsing their materials, created a unique, consistent feeling. This feeling became the foundation for the new brand, and the tagline “It’s a feeling ” was created. It was simple but powerful, capturing the heart of what Boutique offers.

The Creative Approach

To reflect Boutique’s growth, we developed a comprehensive brand solution that included a complete Brand Story, Tagline, Branding, and Brand Guidelines. Our goal was to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from digital to offline materials. We also designed and built a new Website, ensuring it was as welcoming and user-friendly as the homes Boutique operates. This cohesive approach helped elevate the brand’s identity and easily communicate its values at every level.

The brand refresh led to a noticeable increase in website traffic and occupancy rates, confirming that the new identity resonated with potential clients. The “It’s a feeling” tagline is now embedded in everything Boutique does, creating a cohesive and recognisable presence across all marketing materials.
